Delphine Diallo

Delphine Diallo

Politics and art intersect with France-born photographer/animator/designer Delphine Diallo. Born to a Senegalese political father and French painter mother in Paris’s art Neighborhood and immigrant center 14 Arrondissement, Diallo worked in the music industry before turning to fine art photography to document family history and present social commentary on modern-day Africa incorporating patterns extracted from African textiles, totemic animals, and plants.
